The company is making evolutionary changes to search, Android, and Gmail which continue to keep the brand ahead of its rivals.

Google earns one third of all Online Ad Revenues, more than any of its competitors. Constantly assessing its products, phasing out products that are no longer relevant or profitable, and introducing new ones by paying attention to what consumers like and don't like. 

The Google Company also remains one of the world's best places to work, with employees enjoying a range of perks, programmes to help them do their jobs better, and encouragement to explore innovative ideas.
