Feedback from a trusted source is vital before becoming too invested in a project. Close friends and family will always love whatever you do, but it’s important to find someone who is not emotionally invested, who you feel safe to share your ideas with, and has enough experience to give you the constructive criticism you might need.

Audio feedback is caused when a signal travels in a continuous loop between an audio input, like a microphone, and an audio output, like a speaker. The noise can be excruciating, a bit like when someone gives you feedback you don’t want to hear. Finding ways to filter out the trolls and home in on what your true fans have to say is always openly available on social media where you can find methods to gather and analyse data.
